Day 1: Brainstorming and Idea Generation

The first day started with an introduction by Marcel Heine, followed by brainstorming sessions where participants were divided into two groups. Each group focused on generating and refining a business idea to develop further. These sessions encouraged collaboration and creative thinking, setting the stage for the next day's activities.

Day 2: Developing Business Models and Prototypes

The second day focused on developing business models and prototypes based on the ideas generated on the first day. Participants used the Business Model Canvas to test and refine their concepts, working in their groups to create simple prototypes.

The first group developed "Local Bite", an online platform aimed at connecting travelers with local hosts to provide an authentic local experience, including accommodations, meals, and sightseeing tours.

The second group worked on a concept for an aquatic research vehicle designed to be affordable yet capable of deep-water exploration to collect data for researchers.

Outcome and Certification

Participants presented their projects at the end of the workshop, receiving feedback from Marcel Heine. Each participant received a certificate of completion, acknowledging their effort and the skills they acquired during the workshop.
