 StartGlocal Academy has started!

StartGlocal Academy participants

On 25th and 26th of November 2020 the StartGlocal Academy has started with its first two workshops. We have received 78 applications with 55 ideas for the StartGlocal Academy this semester. From these, 25 participants from all university faculties and their 12 start-up ideas have been selected to participate. In the StartGlocal Academy workshop programm, students or alumni interested in starting a business are given the opportunity to acquire the basic know-how required to set up a start-up business.

Participants of the academy get support from various experts over 10 interactive online workshops. After a successful participation in the entire workshop series, a certificate and a start-up package worth 100 euro is waiting for all participants who visit at least eight out of ten workshops.

At our final event, the DEMO DAY on February 22nd, the participants will pitch their ideas to the public! Everybody is welcome to join this event and to vote for the best idea!

Thank you for the great feedback!

StartGlocal is a great opportunity for me to create a clearer structure of a product development. It helps me to find the right customers and bring the product to them!
